If you are looking for premium quality pure extra virgin olive oil, look no further. Our olive groves are tended to using organic, biodynamic farming practices combined with our spray-free philosophy that we apply across the board. This, together with our red clay soil rich in minerals and nutrients, and the sole source of water being the natural rainfall results in a unique mildly fruity extra virgin olive oil, which is a blend of our seven olive varieties. Being cold-pressed, it retains its natural properties that enable you to smell and taste its amazing aroma and distinctive olive flavour. It is simply delicious! Please note that as a small farm, we only produce limited amounts of our olive oil each year and as a boutique product it sells out very fast, well before the next season begins. We will typically have both quantities (500 mL and 5 litres) available around May each year, and as the season progresses the 5 litre tins will become out of stock.
