Extra virgin olive oil is unique in Agia Skepi. Not only our olive groves are spray-free and cared for using organic and biodynamic practices, but they also benefit from the mild Mediterranean climate and the highly fertile red clay soil. With the only source of water being the rain, our seven varieties of olive trees produce premium quality olives that are cold-pressed into a fruity, mild, extra virgin oil with a fantastic unique aroma and a distinctive olive flavour that never disappoints. We marinate the larger varieties of our olives using our own olive oil and home-grown dried herbs.
