Organic goodness in its glory! No sprays or fertilisers are used in the farm. Our citrus groves and vineyards are fertilised by our sheep and guinea fowls, which also keep pests under control, whilst the only water source is the rain. Our table grapes are reticulated by our bores. We offer Imperial and Emperor mandarins as well as Valencia and Navel oranges seasonally. Our main wine grape variety is the rare Italian Barberas, and our table grapes include Red Globes, Flames, Sultanas, Crimson and more.
